Biography
Rawda Mabrouk was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, and is now based in the prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada. She is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans design, visual art, and dance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences and works across furniture design, interior spaces, dance, movement training, and visual art. Her work centers on raw, honest, embodied self-expression, trauma release, and healing. Rawda transforms lived experience into movement and shared narrative, creating spaces where audiences feel seen and connected. Through dance, visual art, and design, she builds bridges between disciplines and communities, positioning art as a space for reflection, dialogue, and transformation.
