Embrace is a sculptural work made from reclaimed wood, first sketched and developed as a 3D model in 2025 and completed in 2026. Existing between sculpture, design, and movement, the piece is created to be danced on, with, and within, transforming it from a decorative object into an activated performance space. The work reflects a personal phase of seeing, holding, and embracing my inner child with grace. It speaks to meeting younger versions of the self without judgment, harshness, or shame. Through its form and function, Embrace becomes both a physical structure and an emotional container, holding space for softness, protection, memory, and reconciliation.
