The Journey" is a solo piece born from my lived experiences, raw, intimate, and profoundly vulnerable. It mirrors my personal healing process, unfolding through movement that emerged directly from deep emotional states. Without filters or pretenses, I leaned into authentic movement, allowing my body to respond honestly to what I felt, then shaped those moments into choreography. The creation process was weighty, requiring me to revisit tender places and surrender to the discomfort of expression. But in that vulnerability, I found transformation. This piece is not just a performance, it is a passage through pain, resilience, and release.
