This small loft design focused on making the most of a limited condo space through smart, space-efficient furniture planning. Every corner was thoughtfully considered, with personalized elements that reflect the owners’ light, artsy, cultural, and grounded character. The high ceilings were used to introduce elevated shelving, creating space for intentional decor and books while adding depth and personality to the home. Custom wooden furniture was designed by me through Paletta using reclaimed wood, while the remaining furniture and home decor pieces were carefully sourced to complete the space.
